Data we collect
Contact forms may collect your name, email, preferred consultation, region of interest, and message content. During engagements we may process CVs, qualification scans, language certificates, and correspondence you voluntarily share. Server logs may include IP address and basic technical metadata.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where steps are taken toward a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). Paid consultations process data necessary to deliver the service (Art. 6(1)(b)). Essential cookies support site security and consent storage (Art. 6(1)(f) or consent where required). Analytics cookies run only if you accept (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are typically deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Engagement records are kept for up to 10 years where commercial or tax law requires, otherwise shorter where possible. Cookie consent choices remain until you clear storage or renew preference.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting and email providers acting as processors may access data under contract. We do not sell personal data. If tools involve transfers outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. International candidates
If you contact us from outside the EEA, your message will be processed in Germany to respond. Avoid sending unnecessary special-category data in forms; we will request sensitive documents only through agreed secure channels when required for a booked consultation.
