This page explains the stages inside our flagship consultation. It is not a substitute for booking; it helps you decide whether Pathway Planning, a shorter review, or another advisor is the right next step.

1. Profile and geography

We record qualifications, language evidence, regulated-profession status if any, and which German regions you will accept for work. Candidates who insist on one city with scarce vacancies leave with a harder plan—and we say so early.

2. Role shortlist

Target job titles are filtered by what your credentials can support and what employers in those regions actually post. The shortlist feeds residence-route choices; it is not a secret job board.

3. Residence route options

For each shortlisted role family, we outline which residence titles are plausible, what salary or recognition conditions apply, and where timing usually breaks down. You leave knowing which route to discuss with employers.

4. Employer documentation pack

Hiring managers receive a clear list: contract elements, supporting letter content, and contacts for authority questions. Incomplete welcome emails are replaced with letterhead documents that match the employment contract.

5. Action calendar

Applications, interviews, recognition steps, and authority appointments are sequenced. If a dream start date conflicts with processing reality, the calendar shows the trade-off before you sign.

When a shorter consultation is enough

If you already hold an offer, a Relocation Briefing may be enough. If HR only needs help choosing which vacancy to open for an international hire, book an Employer Match Consultation.
